All-Canadian Tax Services in Ajax  merged with our firm during the fall of 2018. We welcome the clients of this new firm into our family and will continue to serve these clients  from July 2019 out of our permanent office in Pickering.  The benefits of the merger to our new clients are access to experienced  tax accountants and  the quality and professional services that comes with a CPA professional firm.

Our firm has been in business for over fifteen years. We have grown steadily and rapidly, and are able to service a continuously growing clientele. Today, our practice covers the complete spectrum of accounting services, making us the right full-service firm for you with tax filing for clients in Durham region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby & Oshawa) and other areas in the GTA.

 Every business requires bookkeeping and accounting services. This will usually involve recording of your sales and expenses, payroll preparation and filing, HST filing, WSIB filing, etc.

When you meet with us, we will work with you to create a customized bookkeeping package with a pre-determined price.  This price will depend on the amount of work required each month.  Our goal is to make the process as efficient as possible and by using our firm, you can expect reliable, timely and accurate financial information, as well as cost efficiencies upon preparing your year end financial statements and tax returns.

Our year-end work includes preparing your financial statements on a compilation basis and if required review engagement through our associate firm.

Canadian tax legislation contains many allowances and reliefs that will help you to minimize your tax liabilities. This is so whether the tax arises on earnings, profits of trade or gains when you sell chargeable assets. 

 Keeping your business as tax efficient as possible is one way you might be able to save money without having to make cutbacks elsewhere. You might be able to reduce the amount of corporation tax you pay by taking advantage of all tax allowances available to you. To make the most of these and to get the requisite tax reductions, make sure your assets and overhead expenses are listed in your profit and loss account. To take advantage of your allowances, try to make expensive purchases towards the end of your accounting period, so you can write them off. This will minimize disruption to your cash flow, because you can claim your allowance sooner
